Operator Logos ​

We provide high-quality and up to date names and logos for our inventory. Journeys state the train operator, and in many cases also a train service brand, such as DB's ICE or Renfe's AVE.

We provide these assets in both vector and bitmap formats, as well as in both light mode and dark mode versions. They are correctly sized, by design, to match in size with each other.

Using logos ​

See the image field on Operator and on ServiceBrand. An operator appears on the Segment both on timetable journeys and on a priced journeyOffer, as well as on its parts, booked offer parts, and the segments of a JourneyOrderItem on an order.

image returns a FileResource: the logo url, its MIME type, and a name to use as alt text.

  • Please use the URL directly and don't build your own version. The URL is stable and safe to cache.
  • The logos have different widths, but always the same height. Use a fixed height in your layouts.
  • If a logo returns null, show its name instead.

Formats ​

Pass in a specific format, defaulting to svg. Supported formats are: svg, png, webp, avif and jpg.

Light and dark versions ​

To show a logo created for use in dark mode, pass in variant: DARK_MODE. The default is LIGHT_MODE.
